*We are pleased to tell you that Japan Post has been started accepting EMS (Express Mail Service) packages to the US. Please note that delays in delivering to all international destinations are expected.
Temporary suspension:
As a result of Covid-19, Japan Post has been stopped accepting international packages (EMS, International ePacket and International ePacket Light) to over 100 countries until further notice. The change is due to a significant decline in flights to and from Japan, and various safety measures being put in place to counteract the coronavirus pandemic. In order to continue to deliver exceptional service, they will implement a temporary surcharge to EMS to Oceania, North and Central America, the Middle East and Europe.
