INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Japan may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from Studio Quilt, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Studio Quilt. PAYING WITH A DEBIT CARD:
Shipping fee is not included. It depends on the country and total weight of items in your order. Once you complete your order, we will calculate and change the amount charged with your credit card and will inform you of the merchandise purchases and shipping cost. Due to the operating process that exists between banks and card issuers, a temporary double charge may be made to your card before final payment is taken. One of these charges, known as a withholding, is issued in order to ensure that the card has a sufficient available limit and that it is not blocked or stolen, and is later refunded. Please contact the card issuing bank for more information.

- EMS (Express Mail Service): The fastest shipping service. Available up to 30 kg (66 lbs). Track service available. Covers up to 20,000 JPY in loss or damage. If you need more coverage, you can purchase up to 2,000,000 JPY in insurance.
