International Mail Service Suspensions

Japan Post is temporarily suspending international packages acceptance for certain destinations due to impacts related to the Covid-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions. This is due to major flight cancellations and space constraints. We will continue monitoring the situation, and work closely with our carrier.
Customers: please refrain from ordering items addressed to the countries listed here, until further notice.

However we are still able to send packages to some countries (Except Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, Portugal, Russia etc.) using different delivery companies such as Kuroneko Yamato (UPS) or Sagawa Express (DHL). Shipping fee depends on the country and total weight of items in your order. Please contact us if you require an exact shipping cost.
